Rebecca (Becky) Morton has worked in the community transport sector for over seven years as Coordinator of the South West Community Transport Program which covers five local government areas in South West Victoria. Her role also involves support of ten community transport providers ranging from services in small rural communities to those based in larger towns. Becky has been a member of the VCTA since 2003 and became Chairperson in 2010.

James (Jim) Watkins joined the VCTA committee in 2006. Community Transport Coordinator of UnitingCare Aged and Disability Services in Ballarat, running 4 sedans 5 days a week with the greatly appreciated assistance of 25 wonderful volunteers. Prior to gaining a Diploma of Welfare and commencing work in the welfare area, Jim worked for 25years in regional television in Victoria, mainly in production, filming, directing and producing local television programs, as well as local advertising.

Michael Gourlay joined the VCTA Committee in 2009 after starting his role as CEO of LINK Community Transport, a community transport service operating across various local government areas in Melbourne's northern suburbs. Michael's previous roles include 10 years as the CEO of the Association for Children with a Disability and establishment work for Children with Disability Australia, along with policy and advocacy work for the Victorian Council of Social Service (VCOSS).

Megan Lilly is the Executive Officer of South Port Day Links Inc in inner city Melbourne. She joined the VCTA Committee in 2008. She comes to Community Transport from a background in employment services, industrial relations and librarianship.
